FREIGHT SHIPPING TERMS 

(PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

This item ships via LTL Freight Carrier.

The $199.00 shipping charge is the average freight cost to a commercial address where the buyer has a forklift or loading dock to unload the shipment.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds $199.00, the buyer is responsible for paying the difference before shipment is booked.

⚠️ Residential delivery is NOT included in the $199.00 shipping price.

REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

To qualify for the standard freight rate, the delivery address must meet ALL of the following:

• Commercial / industrial zoned address
• Business location (not a home business)
• Open receiving hours Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM
• Accessible by tractor trailer (48–53 ft truck)
• Forklift or loading dock required to unload

Freight drivers do NOT unload freight by hand.

If these requirements are not met, additional freight charges will apply.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SERVICE CHARGES

These services are not included in the $199.99 shipping rate:

• Residential Delivery + Lift Gate + Appointment — $200
• Residential Delivery + Appointment (Customer has Forklift — photo proof required) — $150
• Lift Gate Service Only — $100
• Limited Access Location — $100

LIMITED ACCESS LOCATIONS

If the freight carrier classifies your address as Limited Access, an additional $100 fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Examples include:

• Schools
• Churches
• Farms
• Construction sites
• Storage units
• Military bases
• Government buildings
• Rural locations
• Locations requiring appointment delivery

NO COMMERCIAL ADDRESS?

If you do not have a commercial address with forklift or dock, we can ship the item to a freight terminal near you.

✔ Most terminals allow pickup with a pickup truck or trailer
