⚠️ IMPORTANT: This item ships via LTL Freight Carrier, not standard parcel service.

Please read the following requirements carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, contact us prior to placing your order.

COMMERCIAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

The FREE shipping offer applies only to verified commercial addresses as classified by the freight carrier.

A valid commercial address must meet ALL of the following:

• Zoned commercial or industrial
• Owned or leased by a registered business
• Receiving hours Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Accessible by a full-size tractor trailer (48–53 ft)
• Must have a loading dock (48–52 inches) OR forklift available to unload

⚠️ Delivery appointments and notifications are not guaranteed.

If the carrier determines the address does not qualify as commercial, additional charges will apply.

NON-COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES (EXCLUDED)

The following locations are not considered commercial by freight carriers:

• Residential addresses or home businesses
• Farms or ranches
• Storage units or storage facilities
• Construction sites
• Schools, churches, camps, fairs
• Military bases or government facilities
• Rural locations or locations outside city limits
• Locations requiring delivery appointments
• Weekend delivery locations

LIMITED ACCESS LOCATIONS

If the freight carrier classifies your delivery address as Limited Access, an additional $100 fee will apply (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Limited access locations may include:

• Areas requiring trucks smaller than 48 ft
• Secure or gated facilities requiring check-in
• Locations open to the public or with restricted access

NO COMMERCIAL ADDRESS?

No problem.

If you do not have a commercial address, loading dock, or forklift, we can ship your order to a freight terminal near you.

✔ Terminal pickup is FREE
✔ The freight carrier will notify you when your shipment arrives.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SERVICE OPTIONS

If additional services are required, the following charges will apply:

• Residential Delivery + Liftgate + Appointment: $200
• Residential Delivery + Appointment (Customer has forklift): $150
(Customer must provide photo of forklift with address visible)
• Liftgate Service Only: $100
• Limited Access Delivery: $100

These services must be arranged before shipment is booked.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Freight shipping is available to commercial addresses in the Lower 48 States only.

We DO NOT ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Northern Mariana Islands
• American Samoa

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

Customers are welcome to pick up directly from our warehouse.
