The $199.99 shipping charge is the average freight cost to a commercial address where the buyer has a forklift or loading dock available to unload the shipment.
If the actual freight cost exceeds $199.99, the buyer is responsible for paying the difference before shipment is scheduled.
⚠️ Residential delivery is NOT included in the $199.00 shipping price.

REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
To qualify for the standard freight rate, the delivery address must meet ALL of the following requirements:
* Commercial or industrial zoned address
* Business location (not a home business)
* Receiving hours Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
* Accessible by tractor trailer (48–53 ft truck)
* Forklift or loading dock required to unload
⚠️ Freight drivers do NOT unload freight by hand.
